Free Download Adsense Websites

What free websites allow you to categorize blogs, allow google adsense and your own domain name? I've found that the majority of free website creators don't have a blog category option and the blog websites don't allow adsense ads. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've already purchased my own domain name, and I don't mine spending a reasonable amount each month (like $5/month)

I know the procedure of applying for google adsense, but I've few doubts regarding this (1) Does google support adsense on websites written in Telugu language? (3) How'll it be if I run a website/blog with astrology content and apply for adsense? (4) I don't lake the layouts of blogs, I just want a plain page (not even a single link should be there on the page - I'll design my own layout and appearance). Google adsense simply uses the webmasters for free. They cheat and never pay anything to a number of webmasters. Google Adsense : I have made a blog and the articles are free artices .my blog contain 7-10 free articles.as I know I don’t have a single impression.my friend has a internet café which contains 7 PCs I have kept my blog as homepage to all the pcs and I am getting 200 impressions daily but no clicks in it.and I have asked my friends to open the website and click ads some times.I got nearly 40$ in adsense earnings .recently I have received email from adesnse team about dummy clicks.not more clicks are made. I would like some advise, i have recently put one of my best paying websites for sale on ebay. months ago i was grossing around $7800 + per month with lots of advertising from Adsense and free links such as craigs list.. this was getting my site around PR4 .. since the Craigslist ads don't save the page rank has dropped.. however the site still makes between $2000 - $3800 + per month. I signed up through Google Adsense to try to get paid for it and they wrote me back saying they were partners with my website. Which was tripod.com. I have a website that contains violent cartoons as well as music containing profanity among other taboos, while my site is not pornographic or harmful in nature, it seems I can't utilize adsense or any other revenue generating website advertising programs as every program I found has a strict rule about websites of an explicit nature. Aside from the obvious hypocritical bias between the advertisers rules and publisher rules that most of these companies support (for example: porno advertisements allowed on a family friendly site -a common issue on other forums); it seems like common sense that explicit ads should have an explicit site to go to and it seems insane to think that at least one advertising program doesn't want to allow or profit from the expression of free speech. I have searched high and low through forums and engines for a resolution to this issue with no success. So, if anyone knows where i can find such ad companies or other alternatives -PLEASE HELP!!!!!
