Google Adsense Earnings?

Google Adsense : I have made a blog and the articles are free artices .my blog contain 7-10 free articles.as I know I don’t have a single impression.my friend has a internet café which contains 7 PCs I have kept my blog as homepage to all the pcs and I am getting 200 impressions daily but no clicks in it.and I have asked my friends to open the website and click ads some times.I got nearly 40$ in adsense earnings .recently I have received email from adesnse team about dummy clicks.not more clicks are made. This 40$ is from last 3 months.my doubt is below .Please any one help me regard it . 1.does Google pay this 40$.will I receive the payment when I reach 100$ 2.is it wrong keeping my blog as home pages in more Computers 3.is wrong if my friends open the blog and click sometimes 4.is it wrong if my friends from different location open the website and click sometimes. Does Google take it as fraud clicks or is it acceptable 5.If it is so what is the best way to increase traffic. 6.is it correct to use adwords to increase my adsense earning and traffic is it correct or fraud 7.Is there any ready made websites for adsense where I can purchase a website which has good traffic? 8.Can I trust adsense readymade websites 9.Best ready made websites selling website? I don’t know any thing about webdesing and SEO an other things which are necessary for adsense earning.can any one suggest me where I can find a good web designer to design a website with all things necessary . 1. There's a simple reason you probably weren't getting any clicks - the people viewing the "start page" weren't interested in your website - it was just their start page. They probably went straight to the address bar and typed in Google.com or any website URL. This is *not* the way to try and earn money from AdSense. But to answer some of your questions ... 1. If you're lucky and Google hasn't discovered your click fraud (see below) then yes you will be paid when your earnings reach $100 2. No it isn't wrong, but (as I said above) if the people viewing your website aren't interested in the subject, they're not going to click your AdSense ads. 3. Technically, no. But, if the same people keep doing it, you WILL be found out because Google logs all the IP address of people clicking on ads - it's one of the ways it uses to help combat click fraud. 4. See Answer 3. 5. In a nutshell, create good content so other high-profile website related to your subject link to you. 6. This is known as "arbitrage" and whilst I don't believe this is against Google's Terms and Conditions (anyone feel free to correct me) it will be extremely difficult to make work, because AdWords will almost certainly cost you more per click than you will make with AdSense per click. HINT: Think of other Pay-Per-Click search engines ;) 7. Yes, there are a number of places where you can buy such websites: eBay, DigitalPoint, SitePoint. Expect to pay anywhere between 3 and 9 months revenue. So for example, if a website was earning US$200 a month, then you might have to pay anything between $600 and $1800 for it. 8. and 9.
