Website Help? How Do I Go About...?

Making a website like yahoo geocities or freewebs.com, where people could make free websites based off of my url, and google ads from my adsense would be on their sites? Any information would be great, I know most of you wont care, but if you help me out with answering this...Id deeply appreciate it more than what 10 extra points can do. :] Thanks, Ren Brown.

1. Ok! First off, you need to get a domain registered and hosted! Than you need something called a subdomain! Ensure your registrar provides you with subdomain services and email services!
