Free Download Adsense Websites

I would like some advise, i have recently put one of my best paying websites for sale on ebay. months ago i was grossing around $7800 + per month with lots of advertising from Adsense and free links such as craigs list.. this was getting my site around PR4 .. since the Craigslist ads don't save the page rank has dropped.. however the site still makes between $2000 - $3800 + per month. I have put the site on ebay for $1000 No Reserve ? I am taking a big chance and hope to get at least half of my startup costs... I have no time anymore due to my recent Real Estate venture... Was this a mistake? to sell for so low?

2. I would lay off this entrepreneur it's not easy selling on ebay.. especially after they are RAISING THIER PRICES!!!! I'm a reseller of domain names also. so i've asked many questions like this one..on blogs all the time.. It's no ad this guy just wants an honest opinion from other business owners, like I said I always get a second opinion for other users..before I make a move... So in his/her case I would just ride out the auction and hope they recoupes their expenses..
