Free Download Adsense Websites

I want to start a website?

I actually have several different ideas about a website. I already have one site, on this site I do tutorials on how I do things the easy way. I signed up through Google Adsense to try to get paid for it and they wrote me back saying they were partners with my website. Which was tripod.com. Does anybody know where else I could make a webpage that isn't affiliated with Adsense yet? thats free? I went to some website where it had a listing of free webpages and I signed up for a couple but all it was was email basically. Also, If I made a webpage where I put items that I could buy off other websites and take orders from people then buy the items and sell it back to them to make my money back (basically a collage of different sites items) would I get in trouble? Just an idea. Thanks in advance. OH NO. I wasnt saying I created TRIPOD lol. Sorry. I made a website on TRIPOD. sorry for the mistake.

1. Well, you can make a free website at www.wetpaint.com but you'll have to have.wetpaint.com instead of .com and YOU CREATED TRIPOD??? thx that website helpeded me on something.
2. Another option is Blogger.com. That's what I used for my million dollar experiment. http://millionairewithadsense.blogspot.com/
